Maple Season at Conservation Halton is one of the sweetest times of year!
Syrup & Starlight will be offered at Mountsberg Conservation Area on two evenings: March 7 & March 28, 2026
Join us for a magical night in the sugar bush! We'll begin the evening with samples of Indigenous maple recipes from Chef Colton Hart (Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Heath Access Centre) and Chef Sean Dockstader (Oneida Sweet Treats). Live fiddle music will be followed up by a wagon ride to the Mountsberg sugar bush where a starlit tour including tree tapping, the sugar shack, and a maple syrup tasting flight await. Upon your return to the Visitor Centre enjoy a sample of maple taffy on snow and then explore the giftshop for maple goodies to take home.
Please note Syrup & Starlight is a non-refundable event.
