WELLNESS SERIES

Get active outdoors this summer with our Wellness Series! This unique package of events targets physical, mental, and social health and wellbeing. Each offering promotes active living, embraces our beautiful natural park spaces, and encourages the community to get out and be social in fun new ways.

The 2025 Wellness Series includes four regularly scheduled activities: Yoga in the Park, HIIT in the Park, Open Water Swimming, and new this year—Forest Therapy.

All classes are $8 per session + a reduced gate fee for non-members. Conservation Halton members do not need to pay a gate fee for entrance to these events, only the class fee.

Timing of Events:

HIIT in the Park runs on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:00-7:00 pm at Area 8.

Yoga in the Park runs on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm at Area 8.

Open Water Swimming runs on Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm and Sunday mornings from 7:30-9:30 am at Area 8.

Forest Therapy runs at Robert Edmondson on July 12, August 5 and August 28. It will run at Mountsberg on August 16.
